About This Role
- Own and lead the delivery and strategic direction of Treasury finance applications on SAP ECC/S4, JAVA, and SWIFT platforms.
- Manage multi-generation product strategy, prioritize features by business value, and ensure alignment/execution of global Treasury technology strategies.
- Oversee multiple Treasury initiatives globally, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and team leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 10+ years overall experience in IT with 5+ years in implementation and maintenance of Treasury solutions (SAP, SWIFT).
- Experience with at least one full S/4 HANA Finance implementation cycle.
- 2+ years people management experience handling matrix-based teams including contractors.

- Experienced in managing complex global Treasury technology projects and vendor relationships within regulated environments.
- Skilled in full SDLC project execution, agile methodologies, and cloud-based application delivery.
- Able to interface independently with senior business leaders and translate technical concepts into business terms.
