About This Role
- Manage daily program management and governance activities for CCAR and quarterly stress testing programs in Capital Management.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to implement capital planning, forecasting methodologies, and ensure accuracy of stress testing outputs for regulatory reporting.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and provide data analysis and presentations to support capital management and regulatory compliance decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly desired.
- 5+ years financial services experience with stress testing, regulatory reporting, capital management, or banking regulations preferred.
- Prior knowledge of CCAR or US regulatory reporting processes highly preferred.
- Experience with finance/regulatory systems, large complex datasets, and program management required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional, global teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Wdesk, PowerPoint, and reporting/visualization tools.
- Capable of driving process improvements and managing multiple work streams under tight deadlines.
