Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (BE/BTech/BSc or equivalent).
Strong understanding of automotive/EV manufacturing including assembly stations, interlocks, quality gates, and EOL.
Strong documentation, workshop facilitation, and customer-facing communication skills.
Experienced in MES implementations targeting automotive/EV manufacturing environments with knowledge of traceability, genealogy, NCR/NC, CAPA, rework loops, and WIP controls.
Capable of leading MES requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design with client interaction skills.
Familiarity with SAP integration (S/4HANA/ECC) and basic PLC/SCADA data capture, plus scheduling/APS concepts is advantageous.
