About This Role
- Manage and enhance a global content database for client-facing sales materials including proposals, pitchbooks, and brochures to support winning and retaining business.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and approval of content and statistics, including sales training materials and competitor analysis.
- Leverage AI tools and data visualization to improve content management, streamline workflows, and deliver actionable insights; also handle vendor administration and user access management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services in content/database management, pre-sales, business development, or marketing roles.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with knowledge of American and British English and AP style guide.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in financial services industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience partnering closely with multi-level stakeholders, demonstrating ownership and solution-oriented project management in complex environments.
- Knowledge or understanding of custody, fund services, or securities services products is a plus.
- Comfortable using structured data tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau to support reporting and automation initiatives.
