About This Role
- Drive business growth of DriveWorks automation solutions in Pune and nearby industrial regions including extensive travel.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying customer automation needs, conducting meetings, and coordinating technical demonstrations.
- Manage sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in CAD/CAM/PLM software sales or manufacturing automation solution sales.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Mandatory skills: Sales, Industrial Automation, Sales Engineering, Prospecting, Business Development.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune, Sambhaji Nagar, Nagpur, and nearby industrial regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience and understanding of engineering design processes and CAD automation, preferably with exposure to SOLIDWORKS or DriveWorks solutions.
- Proven consultative selling skills with the ability to identify automation pain points and position appropriate solutions.
- Existing contacts or networks within manufacturing and engineering industries preferred to accelerate business development.
