About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple branch locations within the designated region, ensuring achievement of company goals.
- Lead and manage branch managers and staff to meet or exceed sales targets and improve branch profitability.
- Monitor branch performance data, develop and implement strategies, ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (mention of BE Mechanical or similar is conflicting in JD).
- 7 to 15 years of management experience, preferably in banking or financial services industry.
- Mandatory skills include regional management, team management, sales planning, and sales strategy.
- Location requirement: Ahmedabad.
