Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, code management tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Gradle) and familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Grafana).
Experienced leader comfortable operating independently and leading teams in Agile and DevOps environments within the banking domain.
Deep technical knowledge in full-stack Java development, microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, and modern front-end frameworks (AngularJS, ReactJS) is a plus.
Capable of driving modernization strategies, setting engineering standards, performing code reviews, mentoring others, and aligning technology solutions with strategic business goals.
