About This Role
- Advise leadership on development and strategy for complex technical needs across multiple enterprise domains including applications, network, security, and systems.
- Lead resolution of highly complex challenges through innovative, long-term technical solutions with enterprise-wide impact.
- Own end-to-end GenAI platform components and drive adoption of agentic AI to deliver measurable business impact across business lines.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
- Strong programming expertise in Python is mandatory.
- Proven experience building GenAI / LLM-based applications and working with agent orchestration frameworks and autonomous systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, vector databases, context engineering, prompt design, and memory management architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic design and leadership of distributed systems with a focus on AI/GenAI technologies.
- Familiarity with multi-agent system design, autonomous coding agents, and enterprise AI platforms including RAG and orchestration layers.
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategic AI initiatives and collaborate across global teams in complex, compliance-driven environments.
