About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex technical initiatives and projects within software engineering domain.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document web-based applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Microservices, and front-end frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance and act as escalation point to less experienced staff while collaborating with peers and mid-level managers to resolve challenges and meet client needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Microservices, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Private Cloud (PCF), and Azure.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React JS and scripting languages, tools including GIT, Maven/Gradle, JIRA.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack Java development including Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, JavaScript, React, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams with knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and code management tools like GitHub, Jenkins.
- Ability to lead mid-level technical projects and mentor junior staff while managing moderately complex technical problems and client needs.
