Strong proficiency in MSProject for creating detailed schedules with duration-based activities, resource forecasting, and scope management.
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week at Whitefield Office, Bangalore, India; visa sponsorship not available.
Experience managing moderately complex outsourcing transition projects in captive or third-party environments related to finance process transitions.
Proficient in GBS Finance Transition Methodology including milestone criteria, project governance, and stakeholder coordination.
Skilled in project management tools (MSProject, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and capable of detailed schedule development, risk tracking, and facilitation of project integration and compression sessions.
