About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for business processes focused on Mendix low-code workflow solutions.
- Design, prototype, and optimize Mendix workflow applications, collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to Mendix Center of Excellence by developing standards, reusable components, mentoring peers, and managing automation projects and change management.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in platform leadership, configurator, or project management roles in automation projects.
- Valid Expert or Intermediate Mendix Workflow Solution certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
- Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka or Gurugram, Haryana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving Mendix platform workflows and automation technologies.
- Strong techno-functional skills with ability to translate business needs into Mendix low-code workflow solutions and lead collaboration between technical and business teams.
- Familiar with real estate industry operations, DevOps practices, and additional intelligent automation tools like RPA, BPM, Gen AI is a plus.
