About This Role
- Own daily cash accounting activities and lead month-end close processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Drive process improvements via automation, standardization, and technology to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Partner across finance, treasury, and global teams to support cash transaction accounting and audit compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in both public and corporate accounting environments.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with exposure to Ind AS and Indian GAAP, plus understanding of financial close and audit processes.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Workday or BlackLine and proficiency with automation and data-driven accounting improvements.
