About This Role
- Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy and governance for Regression and Non-Functional testing within the S4E ERP rollout program.
- Oversee the operational management and execution of all related testing activities, coordinating between internal teams and external AMS vendors, including environment and data provisioning.
- Design and lead the phased transition of testing services to the permanent AMS/Operations team, including stakeholder engagement, documentation, training, and budget/resource management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of IT quality assurance and test management experience with large-scale ERP programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in SAP environment testing, preferably S/4HANA, covering regression and non-functional testing scopes.
- ISTQB Certified Tester at Advanced Level (e.g., Test Manager or Technical Test Analyst).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expert in defining and implementing complex test strategies and managing vendor/AMS partner delivered testing services within large ERP/SAP/S4HANA projects.
- Experienced in managing multi-phase, large dynamic projects with ability to establish standards, KPIs, and quality gates for test execution and defect management.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and service transition planning ensuring smooth handover and sustained operational stability.
