About This Role
- Support and stabilize SAP applications by monitoring and participating in deployment activities such as workshops, process mapping, requirement documentation, testing, and cutover.
- Engage with business segments and stakeholders to capture business requirements and collaborate with analysts, designers, and IT SMEs.
- Train end users and aid in adoption of SAP applications across global locations.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Preferred experience in Human Resources or Operations; supply chain/operations industry experience is also noted.
- Foundational understanding of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a global, distributed setting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Functionally oriented towards supply chain, operations, or human resources domains, with experience in business applications deployment or support.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT and business analysts in a multicultural global environment.
- Proactive and capable of systems thinking, able to engage in end-to-end SAP process support and user training activities.
