Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Defender for Cloud Apps/CASB for security monitoring and configurations.
Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident and service request logging.
Experienced in operational management of cloud security monitoring and incident response in complex cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Skilled in configuring and refining cloud security posture management policies and SaaS application onboarding.
Detail-oriented in tuning alert thresholds and maintaining security documentation and reporting aligned with defined SLAs and standards.
