About This Role
- Handle payoff requests from borrowers, authorized third parties, investors, and foreclosure/bankruptcy departments according to defined guidelines.
- Review loan documents (promissory notes) and apply specified conditions to prepare accurate payoff statements.
- Calculate interest, default interest, extension fees, and late charges as per loan documents and send payoff statements to investors for approval before dispatching to requesters.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payoff process, US mortgage, or mortgage servicing.
- Commerce graduate (B.Com) with first class pass percentage.
- Ability to work night shifts or as per business requirements (24x7 shift).
- Location: Gurgaon.

- Experience specifically with US mortgage payoff processes or mortgage servicing departments.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations.
- Proficient in using Excel formulas and functions for data processing and calculations.
