Work Experience Required: Fresher to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar environment.
Physically fit for activities requiring standing, walking, lifting, and movement of shipments; must be at least 18 years old.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays; basic English reading and computer skills (including handheld scanners).
Operates well in fast-paced, physically active operational roles with adherence to safety and SOPs.
Has demonstrated reliability, discipline, and professionalism required for frontline logistics execution roles.
Capable of supporting team operations under supervision and contributing to process adherence and operational efficiency improvements.
