Should have 'On Track' or equivalent appraisal rating, no recent disciplinary actions, and no recent internal job applications within Marsh (last 3 months).
Experience managing and developing teams in insurance operations or related domain, with a focus on training and quality enhancement.
Familiar with US insurance processes and systems like Sagitta, BenefitPoint, Epic, or ImageRight.
Strong program management skills with proven ability to design and facilitate effective development programs.
