Ensure operational productivity, shipment accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards in line with company SOPs while meeting service commitments.
Assist shift in-charges in achieving daily operational targets and support peak volume operations and contingency requirements.

Physically fit for operational tasks involving standing, walking, lifting, and movement of shipments throughout shifts.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays; basic English reading and computer/mobile scanner usage skills required.
