About This Role
- Lead daily tracking and management of transportation shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of service parts.
- Manage shipment performance by driving escalations to resolution, documenting delayed or re-routed orders, and supporting vendor performance reviews.
- Contribute to global transportation strategy through continuous improvement, process optimization, and adherence to trade and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
- Bachelor's Degree mandatory.
- Strong understanding of global transportation, distribution, or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in English communication, shipping documentation, web and Excel tools, and process management.

- Experienced in carrier management, shipping workflows, and supply chain processes with demonstrated ability in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Capable of analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements and optimize shipment processes.
- Able to coordinate cross-functionally with compliance, supply chain, and regional operations teams, maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills.
