About This Role
- Perform daily cash and P&L reconciliations and collaborate with global teams for break resolution.
- Lead workload allocation and talent development within the team.
- Identify and implement straight-through-processing initiatives to improve scalability, accuracy, and control.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, mathematics, or related field preferred.
- 6+ years of operations experience in hedge fund, asset manager, bank, or fund administrator with leadership of complex operational functions.
- Strong product knowledge across equities, futures, equity swaps, FX, derivatives, and fixed income.
- Advanced technical skills with ability to collaborate with technology teams to drive system/process improvements.

- Skilled in resolving complex operational issues directly with counterparties and internal stakeholders.
