About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-Up function to ensure timely resolution of unpaid claims and maximize collections.
- Lead and coach a team of AR professionals, overseeing productivity, quality, adherence to client service levels, and workforce planning.
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities, drive process optimization, and present performance updates to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- 7–8 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with substantial AR Follow-Up experience.
- 1–2 years of people management experience in an operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools and performance dashboards.

- Experienced in managing US Healthcare RCM AR Follow-Up teams with proven operational leadership.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and implement process improvements targeting quality, productivity, and financial outcomes.
