About This Role
- Manage the full lifecycle of R&D and Engineering applications including installation, configuration, upgrades, and retirement.
- Administer and optimize software license management for engineering applications across various licensing models, ensuring compliance and efficient usage.
- Provide Level 2 technical support, monitor application performance, and coordinate with infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders for issue resolution and service improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Application Management, Support, or Software License Management.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with software licensing tools such as FlexNet Publisher, Flexera, Dassault Systemes License Server, Siemens License Server, or Sentinel RMS.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with application lifecycle management and software license optimization in R&D or engineering contexts.
- Comfortable working with multiple licensing models and enterprise license management technologies.
- Capable of using reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI, Excel) and scripting basics (PowerShell, Python, Shell) to automate and improve processes.
