Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
Experienced with application lifecycle management and software license optimization in R&D or engineering contexts.
Comfortable working with multiple licensing models and enterprise license management technologies.
Capable of using reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI, Excel) and scripting basics (PowerShell, Python, Shell) to automate and improve processes.
