About This Role
- Own the AI-assisted Services methodology and solutions across Grid Software portfolio, ensuring scalable, production-ready AI workflows.
- Define and maintain enterprise AI reference architectures, standards, and reusable solution patterns aligned with global platforms and infrastructure.
- Lead AI architecture reviews, mentor AI architects, and drive complex, cross-subsystem AI initiatives to optimize productivity and delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software development and technical architecture experience with large-scale enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and generative AI technologies (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs).
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions in complex environments with enterprise-level architecture responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to bridge high-level AI architecture strategy with hands-on technical leadership in AI-assisted software delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Services leaders, Digital/IT, platform owners, and governance stakeholders in a global setting.
- Track record mentoring AI architects and applying AI architecture thinking to industrial Services contexts like predictive maintenance, simulation acceleration, and AI-assisted validation workflows.
