About This Role
- Deploy product updates, provide Level 2 technical support, and fix production issues to improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for system troubleshooting, monitoring, and integration with internal backend systems.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to enforce software development processes and contribute to project planning and management decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar software engineering role.
- Proficiency in Python or Ruby programming languages.
- Strong experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Experience with scripting, monitoring solutions, and system troubleshooting; specific tools include Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Bash, Helm, ELK, and Kubernetes (basic knowledge).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineer comfortable working on full stack software systems including front, middle, and backend programming concepts.
- Able to independently design, build, and maintain automation and data processing systems with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiar with continuous integration practices and capable of collaborating effectively with distributed development teams and project management.
