About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable high-quality Android and/or iOS mobile applications using Kotlin/Java and/or Swift/SwiftUI.
- Integrate AI/Generative AI features and use AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance mobile app capabilities and development productivity.
- Manage application lifecycle including build, release, versioning, deployment, and troubleshooting production issues across Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including significant hands-on mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in Android and/or iOS development (Kotlin/Java and/or Swift/SwiftUI), mobile architecture, secure coding, APIs, and production-grade application release/support.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM feature development or integration and familiarity with AI concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and usage of AI coding tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with both Android and iOS platforms, ideally with exposure to cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
- Comfortable integrating Generative AI capabilities into mobile applications with understanding of AI security, latency, privacy, and cost considerations.
- Background in fintech or regulated industries and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and AI development libraries/frameworks.
