About This Role
- Independently own and deliver complex frontend feature work with minimal guidance, encompassing design, implementation, and monitoring.
- Serve as a technical lead on medium-complexity projects, mentor junior engineers, and lead design/code review discussions.
- Design and deploy frontend solutions with cloud (primarily GCP) integration, focusing on performance, accessibility, observability, and technical debt reduction.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience in frontend/web development.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently managing end-to-end feature development with proactive problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to process and architecture improvements.
- Comfortable bridging frontend specialization with growing cross-stack and cloud architecture understanding, including observability and CI/CD integration.
