About This Role
- Own end-to-end development of scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed applications, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Drive technical design and architecture discussions to improve enterprise-grade software platforms used in high-performance production environments.
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, production support activities, and mentor team members to ensure software quality and operational reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering production software systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java; working knowledge of Python or similar languages; experience with Spring Boot for backend development.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and multithreaded programming.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing scalable distributed systems and event-driven architectures with measurable business impact.
- Proficient in software lifecycle ownership including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and production observability.
- A technically deep engineer comfortable working with complex hardware-interfacing software in a cross-functional global team environment.
