About This Role
- Monitor and track applications using various tools to identify and address production issues effectively.
- Handle medium-to-large scale distributed systems and web/mobile applications ensuring stability and performance.
- Analyze and triage complex customer-reported issues in a distributed environment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in production support or related software engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Golang with experience in cloud engineering, preferably AWS.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Kubernetes (rate limiting, resiliency patterns, observability), NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB), caching (Redis), and application monitoring tools (Splunk, Cloudwatch, Dynatrace).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and supporting distributed systems with a focus on cloud-native environments (AWS, Openshift).
- Proficient in handling large-scale web and mobile applications across multiple technologies including databases (both SQL and NoSQL) and event-driven architectures.
- Capable of quickly analyzing complex technical problems and implementing scalable solutions in a fast-paced, multi-technology stack team.
