About This Role
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots and intelligent automation workflows to streamline manual, repetitive Supply Chain processes using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Integrate automations with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office/365) via APIs, screen scraping, and document understanding tools, ensuring secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
- Manage automation deployment lifecycle including version control, CI/CD pipelines, orchestration, governance, monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into automation solutions with measurable impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years RPA development/business process automation/software engineering experience OR Master’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise (4+ years) in at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate) including bot development, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, VBScript, Shell scripting, and SQL for custom automation logic and integration.
- Location: Bangalore (Hybrid), with 40% travel/commuting to office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end automation lifecycle management including process discovery/documentation, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and operational monitoring in complex enterprise IT environments.
- Demonstrates ability to implement governance, security, credential/access management, and compliance practices for automation handling sensitive or regulated data.
- Proven collaborator working with Business Analysts, IT teams, and Product stakeholders to deliver business-impacting automation solutions in Supply Chain or related functions.
