About This Role
- End-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions combining React front ends, .NET services, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, AI integrations, and data platforms.
- Embed AI capabilities using Claude AI / Claude Code, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Bots, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration within applications and workflows.
- Manage full software lifecycle with AI-first approach including design, coding, deployment, modernization, data migration, and production support.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET Core (MVC & Web API), and .NET 8/9.
- Practical experience with Claude AI / Claude Code, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Bots, and multi-agent/multi-skill AI integration.
- Hands-on exposure to Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, SharePoint Online (SPFx, CSOM, PnP JS), SQL, and Snowflake with Key Pair Authentication.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline. Work Experience Required: 8+ years.

- Strong integration expertise combining AI-first software development with React/.NET enterprise environments and Azure cloud services.
- Experience working across complex, secure enterprise systems including data migration, SharePoint, and multi-agent AI orchestration.
- Proven ability to manage Agile SDLC processes with CI/CD pipelines, code quality disciplines, and production support responsibility.
