About This Role
- Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM and FSM modules, including workflow and process automation.
- Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
- Troubleshoot, support deployment and production activities, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Mandatory expertise in ServiceNow FSM and ITSM modules with strong knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and IntegrationHub/Flow Designer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical skills with deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and scripting (JavaScript).
- Experience in configuring FSM workflows and ITIL-based ITSM processes with proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Exposure or preference for candidates with telecom domain experience, CMDB/CSDM knowledge, and ServiceNow certifications.
