About This Role
- Lead design, development, and execution of automated and manual testing solutions for software quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Certify and validate applications on modern tech stacks including Java, Spring Boot, Tomcat, Kafka, Openshift/EKS, Oracle, and Cockroach.
- Collaborate with platform engineers to ensure test coverage, coordinate dependencies across teams, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of software quality assurance experience, including platform validation and testing across complex infrastructures.
- 4+ years hands-on experience in test automation, lead and technical roles, including designing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Proficiency in Core Java, SQL (preferably Oracle), Selenium, Cucumber, API testing tools, and experience with Data/File/Database and ETL/Data warehouse testing.
- Experience working with Linux and Windows OS, shell scripting, and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in validating platform changes within Agile environments supporting cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures.
- Strong technical leadership skills with ability to analyze requirements, develop automation feasibility, and troubleshoot test failures.
- Capable of driving quality initiatives across multi-team platforms, ensuring compliance with security, incident, and change management processes.
