About This Role
- Own the development, maintenance, and execution of manual and automated test plans to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective test objectives and ensure alignment throughout development.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tool usage, including strategy formulation for testing both existing and future software functionalities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in manual testing with understanding of test automation.
- Experience supporting complex ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, defect lifecycle, version control (Git), and build management tools (Maven/Gradle).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in QA manual testing as explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile or fast-paced software development environments.
- Strong analytical skills in identifying gaps in test coverage and improving QA methodologies and tooling.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), automation knowledge with Java, Cucumber, BDD, Gherkin, and proficiency in SQL is a plus, indicating suitability for advancing QA automation capabilities.
