About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning-based features and scalable systems to enhance YouTube Creator Support, especially the Creator chatbot using Large Language Models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Program Management) to deliver robust and high-impact solutions.
- Define technical strategy and architecture, including long-term roadmaps and reusable frameworks, while mentoring team members through code reviews and technical guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year experience in software design and architecture.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as explicitly stated in the JD.
