About This Role
- Own the architecture and technical direction of the Label Traxx ERP platform and its AWS-hosted integration ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and operational maturity.
- Lead the modernization strategy to evolve legacy 4D-based systems toward AWS-native services across multiple integration points.
- Partner with the Architecture Review Board and coaching senior engineers to set and propagate standards for secure engineering, CI/CD, scalability, and AI-assisted development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with significant technical leadership, architecture, or principal engineering roles.
- Deep hands-on AWS expertise with multiple services such as ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudFormation/SAM.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL data architecture, React frontends, and C#/.NET enterprise API design; proven ability in architecting complex integration-heavy enterprise platforms.
