About This Role
- Oversee manning and operational service delivery to ensure vessels are staffed with quality personnel per company policy.
- Coordinate manpower resources for vessel takeovers and monitor crew training, licensing, and compliance with maritime regulations.
- Manage crew cost budgets, liaise with internal departments and external agents, and handle contingencies impacting crew operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management/ Nautical Science/ Marine Engineering from a reputed institute.
- Master Mariner with at least 12 months command experience.
- Minimum 2 years as Master, Chief Engineer or Chief Officer and/or 6 years in marine office experience in crew personnel roles.
- Strong knowledge of vessel crew requirements, maritime labor law including MLC, and maritime legal frameworks.

- Experienced maritime professional with combined sea and shore management exposure in crew personnel roles.
- Demonstrates expertise in crew operational planning, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Capable of cross-functional coordination with technical, finance, and legal teams as well as external clients and manning agencies.
