About This Role
- Lead end-to-end UX process including discovery, problem definition, experience design, and validation.
- Understand customer needs and business objectives to develop user-centric solutions using research, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, product owners, and clients to ensure UX intent aligns with business goals and is implemented effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional UX design experience.
- Strong proficiency in human-centred design, UX methodologies, and tools like Figma or equivalents.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex UX problems and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions.
- Full-time role based in Bangalore with flexibility for remote or hybrid work (country-dependent).

- Experienced UX designer who prioritizes customer problems over UI design and can challenge briefs constructively.
- Skilled in working with incomplete information and balancing user needs with business and technical constraints.
- Effective in communicating rationale behind design decisions using research, data, and user/business outcomes rather than design jargon.
