3–5 years professional experience in cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability management, or related technical engineering roles.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and OT-specific standards (IEC 62443, NERC CIP).
Experience using vulnerability scanning and management tools such as Nessus, Qualys, or Tenable.
Strong technical domain expertise in operational technology security within energy or manufacturing sectors preferred.
Proficient in executing and improving vulnerability management processes alongside development teams, including using scanning tools and scripting for automation.
Capable of independently managing security compliance projects, technical risk assessments, and serving as a resource for junior staff on product security matters.
