Project Manager India Spares Planning

Lead NPI spares planning and deployment readiness for assigned product portfolios, ensuring alignment with customer timelines and supply availability.

Manage inventory planning, optimization, and supply continuity to maintain service levels, minimize downtime, and control inventory costs globally.

Own service readiness and supply performance metrics, leading cross-functional risk mitigation, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or PhD with 3 years experience, or equivalent.

Expertise in NPI Spares Planning, BOM and Service Readiness required.

Advanced proficiency in SAP, MRP and SPM systems, and planning parameter governance mandatory.

Experience managing shortages, allocations, supply risks, and stakeholder engagement in complex global supply chain environments.

Experienced in leading end-to-end NPI product deployment and materials planning in a global operations context.

Strong analytical capability with problem-solving expertise using RCCA and 8D methodologies to manage supply disruptions and inventory optimization.

Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder leadership, influencing business decisions through data-driven risk assessments and planning recommendations.
