About This Role
- Assist in requirements gathering and business analysis for regulatory reporting within a SaaS platform targeting financial institutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, operations, sales, and business development teams to deliver regulatory reporting solutions based on evolving regulatory requirements.
- Oversee testing phases including sanity and component testing, acting as liaison between clients and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are defined, validated, and accurately implemented.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Experience in trade reporting and familiarity with financial technology related to multi-asset derivatives pre and post-trade processing.
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting processes and ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and functional specifications.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years industry experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in financial markets with strong knowledge of multi-asset derivatives and regulatory environments such as EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, etc.
- Comfortable operating in a collaborative, cross-functional environment involving technology and client interaction to deliver compliance-focused software solutions.
- Detail-oriented contributor skilled in business analysis, process documentation, stakeholder management, and solution validation within regulatory reporting domain.
