Proven ability to manage large cross-functional engineering teams across multiple pods with accountability for delivery and cost.
Comfortable engaging in technical discussions including architecture, code reviews, and security to challenge and guide engineering decisions.
Experience in SaaS or EdTech domains with product ownership exposure and strong cross-department communication skills bridging engineering, QA, security, and business stakeholders.
