About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery planning, sprint execution, and release tracking for EduCrypt, a large EdTech SaaS product, managing multiple development pods/squads.
- Coordinate QA (manual and automation), security/VAPT remediation, production issue triage, and AWS infrastructure monitoring in partnership with DevOps and security teams.
- Produce delivery status reports, dashboards, and implement AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering velocity and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in technical project or delivery management, including experience managing a large development team.
- Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure; working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, Node.js/Nest.js, Laravel, Android, iOS, and Web development.
- Experience with manual and automation testing, QA strategy, application security, and VAPT processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe), EdTech-specific concerns (DRM, payment gateways, data privacy).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage large cross-functional engineering teams across multiple pods with accountability for delivery and cost.
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions including architecture, code reviews, and security to challenge and guide engineering decisions.
- Experience in SaaS or EdTech domains with product ownership exposure and strong cross-department communication skills bridging engineering, QA, security, and business stakeholders.
