About This Role
- Lead and orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs ensuring predictable delivery and operational excellence.
- Serve as operational lead for high-stakes product/feature launches, managing launch readiness, risk mitigation, and post-launch stability.
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, aligning priorities and providing clear communication on program status and risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of program or project management experience, ideally with complex cross-functional initiatives in operational settings.
- Basic technical knowledge of Java, HTML, and CSS, or equivalent Technical Program Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to convey technical details to non-technical executives and influence senior stakeholders.

- Experienced in strategic program orchestration with a track record of delivering complex, fast-paced initiatives under ambiguity.
