About This Role
- Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise full stack and AI platform solutions across multiple company initiatives.
- Design and ship reusable AI components, microservices, REST APIs, and build RAG and multimodal LLM features at scale.
- Make end-to-end technical decisions balancing reliability, performance, and cloud cost for AI systems; mentor engineers and guide contractors.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years experience with programming languages including Python (preferred), Java, or Go, plus front-end JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
- Proven experience shipping production applications incorporating LLMs or AI services at scale and leading technical teams with guidance to contractors.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experienced in driving multiple AI & ML projects with hands-on architectural design and system optimization.
- Demonstrated ability in technical leadership, handling complex enterprise RAG architectures, semantic search, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Skilled in managing scalability challenges for AI-powered features serving large user bases (100k+ users).
