About This Role
- Manage and develop a team of Team Leads with coaching and performance management.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and handling cross-team coordination and risk management.
- Continuously optimize software development processes and workflows for efficiency and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in technical project management focusing on maintenance and core development involving agile, scrum, and waterfall models.
- 7+ years of people management experience including performance management.
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, risk and resource management, and quality assurance.
- Strong experience with end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle and multiple full lifecycles from design through deployment and production issue debugging.

- Experienced leader with deep expertise in managing technical delivery teams and ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
- Strong background in coordinating among software engineering, UX, and product management teams to translate requirements into technical execution.
- Comfortable working with large scale projects involving risk, dependency management, and process optimizations in dynamic environments.
