About This Role
- Lead and oversee Project Accounting, Master Data, and Billing operations within ERM’s Global Delivery Centre to ensure accurate project setup and timely invoicing globally.
- Drive operational excellence by improving working capital performance, managing billing accuracy, resolving escalations, and supporting financial compliance and controls.
- Build and develop a high-performing team to maintain service quality, pursue process improvements, and support continuous operational transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in Project Accounting, Billing, Order-to-Cash, or Finance Operations in a professional services environment.
- Experience leading teams in shared services, global delivery, or finance operations, with strong stakeholder management across multiple regions.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in relevant domains as mentioned above.

- Experienced leader in project accounting or finance operations within global, professional services or consulting environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex billing operations, financial controls, and dispute resolution across multiple geographies.
- Capable of driving process improvement and operational efficiencies using automation, AI tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
