About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operations of one or more KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) cohorts including onboarding, milestone tracking, reporting, and offboarding.
- Serve as primary liaison between incubated studios and internal stakeholders across legal, finance, publishing, and tech departments, coordinating mentorship and enablement programs.
- Apply product design expertise to evaluate and advise on game UX, onboarding flows, player experience, and drive strategic reporting and risk resolution for studio progress and budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong understanding of mobile game development lifecycle from pre-production to live operations.
- Proven experience in product roadmap definition, feature prioritization, and backlog management.
- Familiarity with mobile gaming KPIs (DAU, MAU, retention, LTV, monetization) and Agile/Scrum methodologies including tools like Jira.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in Product Management, preferably in mobile gaming industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced program/product manager with deep expertise in mobile gaming, especially in user experience and live operations.
- Strategic operator capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, managing multiple complex products/cohorts simultaneously, and resolving risks proactively.
- Has prior exposure to sports or cricket-themed gaming titles and a solid understanding of the Indian mobile gaming market and player behavior.
