About This Role
- Manage small to medium project implementations including planning, progress monitoring, and daily project management lifecycle activities.
- Lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders, communicating risks, issues, and project financial performance including ROI and budget management.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and alignment of deliverables to business outcomes while managing project interdependencies and resources.
Minimum Requirements
- Work experience required: More than four years in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business, or related field mandatory.
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity, Visio).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall) and concepts mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end projects with strong team leadership and stakeholder communication skills including sponsor reporting and escalation.
- Able to anticipate and resolve project risks promptly with strong facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with financial project metrics (ROI, IRR), and comfortable working in environments with ambiguity, frequent change, and complex interdependencies.
