About This Role
- Design and build automation frameworks and solutions that improve operational efficiency across multiple business areas.
- Lead automation initiatives end-to-end, including ownership, tracking, and creating visibility for business value gained.
- Develop new tools and automation with a long-term perspective targeting maximum business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years technology experience involving frontend, dashboards, reporting, scripting, databases, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- 2+ years experience building business automation products/tools using AI/ML, GCP, or other process automation technologies.
- 3+ years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying Google stack/products for building automation and tools.
- Familiar with cloud, databases, REST APIs, integration, and DevOps practices related to automation.
- Capable of evaluating and prioritizing business process automations using process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma, with exposure to Agile methodologies.
