Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executing data trend analysis for business recommendations.
Experience working with Product, Engineering, Program Management, and Technology teams in operational roles supporting enterprise-scale initiatives.
Strong ability to synthesize complex, multi-source information and communicate clearly through visual storytelling for leadership audiences.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and operational governance frameworks to drive operational transparency and process improvements.
